HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER 

We get it, you want your products as soon as you can get them: Find the status of a particular order and view your Order History on the Order Status tracking page under My Account. Please note that the Order History will not be updated until the product(s) have shipped.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE 

Shipping Time (after you get your shipment notification): United States: First Class: 2-5 business days, Priority: 1-2 business days.

HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email reignbowbeauty@gmail.com before your order has been shipped.

ARE REIGNBOW BEAUTY PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS 

Never. Reignbow Beauty is a cruelty-free brand. We never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct testing on our behalf.

 

ARE REIGNBOW BEAUTY PRODUCTS VEGAN 

Reignbow Beauty is a cruelty-free and never test on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct animal testing on our behalf. While many of the products are free of animal byproducts, Reignbow Beauty is not considered a vegan line: Some of our products may contain ingredients of animal origin, such as beeswax and carmine.

WHAT IF I'M ALLERGIC TO A OIL(S) USED IN MAKEUP PRODUCTS
